From the Simpsons to Seinfeld: A Crash Course in Brunch
The idea of brunch has oft been the source of parody. Who can forget when Marge Simpson, tragically uninitiated to brunch, had it explained to her thusly: “It’s not quite breakfast, it’s not quite lunch, but it comes with a slice of cantaloupe at the end.”

Jerry Seinfeld, in his iconic fashion, also questioned the idea of brunch asking, “so what’s the deal with brunch? I mean that if it’s a combination of breakfast and lunch, how come there’s no lupper, or no linner?”

Sundays are Fundays for Brunch!
Well, we may never be able to settle on a clear definition of brunch or agree on what it should be called, I think we can all agree that it’s awesome and one of the best things about Sunday!

Sleep in and Roll into Bridges Bistro
There are few things better to do on a rainy Sunday than sleeping in late and rolling into our bistro for a fresh, mouth-watering brunch! We’ve got all the classic brunch menu items and a few amazing original ones!

Brunch with a View
