We’re loving the new Bridges Platter! There are few things better than noshing on fine meats and cheeses! This platter is so good you may not actually want to share!  Come upstairs and try this gorgeous assortment of daily hard and soft cheeses, smoked salmon, locally-sourced, hand-crafted cured meats, prawn chorizo brochettes, and house-made accompaniments, this is already a huge summer hit!

Enter the Entrees
Perfect for the summer, our new Ahi Tuna and Nicoise Salad is getting rave reviews. Seared sushi-grade tuna, mixed greens with balsamic dressing, tomatoes, pitted olives, egg, corn, artichoke hearts, peppers and crumbled feta. We’re loving the fine balance of flavours and textures with this outstanding dish. This is already fast becoming a summer classic!

From the Sea
Nothing says “West Coast” like our Poached Wild BC Salmon! It’s no secret that BC has the best salmon around! Made with ocean-fresh Sockeye, avocado mashed potatoes, baby carrots, peppers, yellow squash, broccolini, and tied together with low-fat citrus dill yogurt sauce, this is such an iconic BC dish! Pair this with one of our fine white wines, and your evening is sure to be a success!

From the Farm
While we pride ourselves on our seafood and fish, if you’re not in the mood for ocean fare, we’ve got you covered! You can never go wrong with our Tenderloin Steak Diane. Made with a beautiful Angus filet mignon, mushrooms, cognac and Worcestershire, buttered nugget potatoes, snap peas and tomato Provencal! Pair it with one of our fine red wines and you’ve got the perfect meal! Our servers are always happy to help you pair your meal with the best wines!

We could go on about this new menu, but we’d have to write a Victorian novel!
