We’re so excited to be participating in the 16th annual Dine Out Vancouver Festival, which takes place from January 19th to February 4th! We are particularly hyped this year, as our new upstairs Dine Out menu is our best ever!

We can’t wait for you to rediscover Bridges Upstairs, an iconic culinary gem in the heart of Granville Island and a Vancouver dining destination! Oh, and if it’s your first experience in the dining room, this is an incredible chance to climb the stairs to culinary greatness!

Appetizers Highlights


Beet and Burrata Salad
This is a contemporary take on the traditional salad. Organic beets and carrots roasted to perfection with soft mozzarella cheese (Burrata) and kale all come together brilliantly, creating the perfect winter salad! A great start to your epic Dine Out experience!

Stuffed Mushroom
A classic done right!  Perfectly prepared mushrooms stuffed with spinach, ground beef, and mascarpone! A wonderful blend of flavours and textures make this appetizer a winner!


 
Mains Highlights 


Sous Vide Chicken
Sous Vide is a cooking technique that utilizes precise temperature control to deliver consistent, quality results, cooking food to the exact level of doneness desired, every time! Our Sous Vide Chicken is truly a wonder! Perfectly tender and juicy! Prepared with garlic butter sauce, roasted pepper, prosciutto and capers, this dish will delight your taste buds!

Salmon Caponata
This is a wonderfully creative take a salmon dish! Market-fresh wild salmon served with caponata sauce, fried broccolini, eggplant, zucchini and fingerling potatoes. This dish is all about the hearty flavours of winter!

Chocolate Decadence Cake
It’s almost impossible to choose just one dessert, but if we must, we’d have to go with the famous Bridges Decadence Cake. It’s the chocolate cake of chocolate cakes! Layers of chocolate sponge and ganache, raspberry coulis and “made in-house” vanilla gelato! So good!
